| When trying to access irc.irchighway.net on xchat it does not recgonize it and asks if misspelled. Same is when I type in IRCHighwat which used to work for me. What is my problem? |

| In the server window type /dns irc.irchighway.net it should return an IP address if it doesn't then something is wrong with your DNS. If it does then there is something else wrong or you where just typing it wrong |

Not sure if /dns works in xchat. It might, but I don't think so. That said, you can always try connecting via the webchat and see if that works, and contact us there.

I used xchat for a bit, and found /dns works in both *NIX and Windows versions:
| Code: | [DNS] Looking up irc.irchighway.net...
[DNS] Canonical: irc.irchighway.net Numerical: xxx.xxx.xxx.xx |
I would try both, if that doesn't work, I'd suggest using the website, as Peorth stated. |
